The Asset Management Division and sales team of Wendy Morris Realty was formed in 2005 based on the same principles as our national award winning Relocation Department. The Division is lead by licensed key personnel who include the Principal Broker, REO Administrator, and REO Facilitators for each phase of the process from Valuation, Occupancy, Pre-Listed, Listed, to Contract and Settlement.
Our goal is simple, to provide the best possible service to our sellers. We strive to market and sell assets in the shortest amount of time possible, for the best price possible.
Our facilitators are the interface between our seller and the sales agent team. The Division simplifies the seller's REO needs by managing our sales agent's availability, responsiveness, timeliness, accuracy/competence, and over-all performance. Each facilitator is knowledgeable and understands real estate owned properties. Each team agent receives ongoing training dedicated to the REO industry and best practices. Our team continuously strives to maintain current knowledge of REO trends. The Asset Management Division ensures that our clients receive the highest standard of service.
We recognize that many sellers prefer to work with one listing agent and we are able to accommodate those situations as well.
We use a multi-prong approach to marketing REO properties for maximum exposure from the traditional to leading edge technology - from newspaper advertisements to YouTube™ video advertisements. Each property is marketed in the MLS and over 40 other Internet sites with multiple photos, virtual tours when appropriate, and with remarks that highlight the home's features, not just the value pricing.
We have in house our own skilled property preservation division fully licensed and insured who can provide 24 hour emergency services. We have contractors, landscapers, and cleaning services who specialize in REO properties. They provide reasonable, reliable bids for any type of improvement or repair. Our division delivers timely invoicing and status updates to our clients. And, we have the financial capability to provide ongoing service for multiple properties until reimbursement.
