Exclusions of liability

In so far as permitted by law, we accept no liability and offer no warranties or conditions in relation to this Site or any of the Contents.

If you are a consumer and not a business user, we will not be liable to you for any business related damages and may only be liable for losses which can be reasonably foreseen. The Site is established in Windermere Florida and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Florida Law. When you use the Site you accept that your use thereof shall be governed by the laws of Orange County Florida and if any dispute arises as to your use of the Site, you agree to allow such dispute to be heard in the Courts of Florida
